Three stages: Assessment. Planning. Fulfillment.

1. Assessment. First we talk, ask questions, and get clear about what you want and the challenges you’re facing. If we think there’s a fit, we conduct an Assessment that tells us what we need to know for the next stage, Planning.

 

2. Planning. You’ll be introduced to your Account Team and based on the Assessment results, we’ll create a plan with you that includes your goals, our scope of work, timing, budget, and how we’re going to measure results.

 

3. Fulfillment. Once the plan is approved, the Account Team gets to work with you and your team. This will be a combination of on-site and remote work with our teams working together. Everything will be measured and we’re all held accountable for results.
